Andreas Caminada started to live his dream in 2003 when he opened his restaurant called Schauenstein Schoss in the Swiss alps. After 14 years hard work he gained 3 Michelin stars and 19 points by Gault&Millau, so he is definitely on top! What’s next? He says “this is just the beginning”.
