Put your surrounding nature on a plate - this is the main philosophy of Emmanuel Renaut at Flocon de Sel in Megéve, France. His energetic attitude and passion lead him to receive his third Michelin star in 2012. He starts the day with fishing and collecting some herbs from a vegetable garden or from the neighbouring forest, we visited the mountains to get clear water and pick some mushrooms from the valley. Together with FoodReporter we followed him on such a busy day.
