Michelin trip in Korea

We have been invited to follow dutch 3 Michelin star chef Jacob-Jan Boerma in Korea on a 10 days long Michelin trip.  

On Jeju Island we spent 4 days to organise a 4 hands dinner together with french 3 star chef Emmanuel Renaut.

Later, in Seoul 6 other star chefs from Europe (Heinz Beck***, Thomas Buhner***, Sanghoon Degeimbre**, Christophe Hardiquest**, Riccardo Camanini*, Pierre Marcolini) arrived to cook an excellent gala dinner showing to Korean people what are they normally doing at home.  

We used  every minute to explore the culinary world of Korea by visiting food markets and huge indoor markets, fishing on boat, holding cooking presentation in a cooking school and tasting dishes from local and Michelin chefs.
