Starchefs in Sardinia

Culinary events provide a great opportunity to learn about the local and international chef’s philosophies and taste their meals. Five renowned star chefs cooked for two days during the Heinz Beck Food Festival 2016 in Italy.

On the first day, the chefs presented different types of street food dishes. The second night was all about gastronomy with a five-course diner. In which the chefs combined their style of cooking with ingredients from Sardinia, Italy.
